Cowboy Town Cake

For my nephews 1st birthday I made this cowboy cake. Three layers with the chocolate sheriff's badge. His name is in rope around the top layer.

I like the roper here on this side of the cake.

Little Mermaid Cake

Needed to find a way to make a Barbie look like the little Mermaid swimming out of the water. My niece was having a Little Mermaid birthday party. So the Rocks are made of cake, the sea shells are chocolate that I molded, and the water is alot of icing. The fish tail is made of chocolate as well.

Optimus Prime Cake

For my son's birthday he wanted an Optimus Prime cake. This is what I ended up with. A friend loaned me her sons Optimus Prime helmet and it sat on the counter next to me while I worked. Although not all the parts look the same, it did make one little boy very happy.

Roller Skate Cake

So we are starting kind of in the middle of things. So this is my most recent cake. A roller skate cake for a 7 year old little girl. These two skates were carved out of two 9"x13" pans. They are covered in fondant. I enjoyed creating this one of a kind cake; I hope they enjoyed it just as much.
